After many years of begging from the children, mum and dad finally believed the children were now responsible enough to welcome their newest furry family member into their home…. Enter Sandy, our beautiful Kelpie X staffy we rescued from death row, with only hours left to live, from a rural pound in NSW.
It was squeals, hugs and kisses all round (from both Sandy and the kids) when we arrived, to a home overflowing with love and activity, in what could only be described as a match made in heaven. Sandy will spend her days with Sean (dad), who works from home, and enjoying walks and runs in the many parklands that surround their home.
Many many thanks need to go to Sandy’s foster carer Tom who lovingly brought Sandy back to health and gave her great basic training and impeccable manners.
